Common questions about our bed manufacturing process and products
What types of wood do you use for your beds?
We use premium solid hardwoods including oak, maple, walnut, and cherry, all sourced from certified sustainable forests. Each wood type offers unique grain patterns and durability characteristics.
How long does it take to manufacture a custom bed?
Standard beds typically take 4-6 weeks from order to delivery. Custom designs may require 6-8 weeks depending on complexity. We'll provide a detailed timeline during the design consultation.
Do you offer delivery outside of Phoenix?
Yes, we deliver throughout Arizona and can arrange shipping nationwide. Local Phoenix delivery includes white glove service with assembly. Shipping costs for other locations are calculated based on distance and bed size.
What makes your beds different from store-bought options?
Our beds feature solid wood construction (no particle board or veneers), traditional mortise and tenon joinery, non-toxic natural finishes, and are completely customizable. They're built to last generations rather than years.
Can I visit your manufacturing facility?
Absolutely! We welcome visitors to our Phoenix facility by appointment. You can see our craftsmen at work, examine material samples, and discuss your project directly with our team.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers all structural components against manufacturing defects. This includes frame integrity, joint failure, and wood splitting. Normal wear and tear or damage from improper use is not covered.
